From a family kitchen
to a Leeds street corner.
We started with a molcajete, a stack of tortillas and a stubborn belief that street food in the north of England could taste like Mexico City. Our recipes come from the family kitchen — the salsas, the marinades, the beans that take all day.
We press our own corn tortillas every morning, cook the fillings low and slow overnight, and make the guacamole when you order it — never before. No shortcuts, no jars.
- ✓ Fresh masa, pressed to order — never frozen
- ✓ Order online, collect from the truck in ~20 minutes
- ✓ Vegan and gluten-free options on every menu

Leeds has
spoken
“The al pastor is the closest thing to Mexico City I've found in Yorkshire. I've stopped pretending I'm going to try anything else.”
“Ordered online, collected in 15 minutes, still hot. This is how a food truck should work.”
“We booked the truck for our wedding — 120 guests, not one plate left. Guests still message us about the churros.”
